Administrative Assistant

Main Responsibilities:

• Handle and coordinate active calendars
• General office duties including answering phones, mailing, managing office supplies, etc.
• Correspondence with external partners
• Managing databases and filing system
• Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
• Use of ERP,CRM Platforms
• Provide ad hoc support around the office as needed

Education & Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree is a must
• At least 3 years of working experience in a similar position
• Excellent knowledge of the English language (oral & written), any other language will be
considered an
• Excellent command of MS Office
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills with an ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Strong Work Ethic and a great sense of confidentiality
