Operations Coordinator

Main Responsibilities:

• Handle and coordinate active calendars.
• General office duties including answering phones, mailing, managing office supplies, etc.
• Correspondence with external partners.
• Managing databases and filing system.
• Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
• Corporate Social Media Content Coordination
• Provide ad hoc support around the office as needed.

Education & Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree is a must.
• At least 3 years of working experience in a similar position.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language (oral & written), any other language will be considered a plus.
• Excellent command of MS Office.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with an ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Strong Work Ethic and a great sense of confidentiality.
