Main Responsibilities:
• Project collaboration and report to the Project Architect.
• Technical detailing & construction experience.
• Develop and edit drawings and models.
• Conceptual and design skills.
• Communication, coordination and management of consultants, contractors & clients.
Education & Profile:
• Degree in Architecture.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in all phases of the design process: conceptual, detail and design development, construction documents, and construction administration with site supervision.
• Experience on built and published references.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in English - spoken and written.
• Excellent ability in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite programs.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines on budget.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to take initiatives.
• A team player, with a flexible and open attitude towards new ways of working and collaborating.
